Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
1. Free Return Policy
At Shoemato, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
We offer FREE Returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can request a return through our customer support team.
Return pickup will be arranged free of charge, subject to service availability.
2. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days after successful inspection.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to your registered bank account or UPI ID.
3. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You are eligible for a FREE Return or FREE Exchange if:

The product does not meet your expectations.

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong product.

You received the wrong size.
-
You wish to exchange for another available size or colour.
Return/Exchange Window: Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
4. Return & Exchange Process

Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

Once approved, we will arrange a FREE pickup.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

A replacement product will be shipped (for exchanges), or

A refund will be processed (for returns).

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, damaged by the customer, washed, or altered.

Original tags, packaging, accessories, or invoice are missing.

The request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.

The product falls under categories specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.
6. Processing Timeline

Return Pickup: 2–5 business days

Quality Inspection: 1–2 business days

Exchange Dispatch: Within 3 business days

Refund Processing: 3–5 business days after successful inspection.

Shoemato reserves the right to modify or update this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on our website.
